A BIG FISH TALE!

Sr. Maria Concepcion makes the acquaintance of a rather large bluefish given to us by one of our very generous Filipino benefactors, Mrs. Acantilado. At the writing of this post, Sister is in the delicate process of scaling and gutting the fish (and his headless brother or sister). (We shall spare our readers photos of this!) The fish lovers in the community are looking forward to a very tasty meal of bluefish a la Sr. Maricon!
