The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY (OK, where else?) is hosting the first major exhibition of our beloved brother, Fra Angelico, since the quincentenary exhibit in Florence in 1955 October26, 2005- January 29, 2006.
If you're a Dominican, you gotta go! If you love Fra Angelico's work you gotta go! If you live in NY, or are going to NY, or live in NJ you gotta go!
If you're a cloistered nun in NJ....you can't go!
A sacrifice? You bet! But what would a life of prayer be without sacrifice? They go together and our Dominican artist-brother would understand completely!
