THE RETURN OF A DOMINICAN CLASSIC!

Happy Feast of Blessed Jordan of Saxony! A most fitting day to announce the upcoming publication of a new edition of To Heaven With Diana!: A Study of Jordan of Saxony and Diana d'Andalo with a Translation of the Letters of Jordan, a book dear and precious to all Dominicans, especially the nuns!

As mentioned in a previous post here, our monastery is reprinting the book to mark the 800th anniversary of the first foundation of the Dominican Nuns at Prouilhe, France. To Heaven With Diana! has been out of print for close to 40 years, we hope its reappearance will be welcomed by many, Dominicans and non-Dominicans alike (especially Dominicans "in potentia"!). The only ones who may not welcome the reprint are out-of-print book dealers. One copy of the original hardcover edition was being sold for $110.00! We assure our readers that the new paperback edition is reasonably priced at $15.95!
