Afternoon of Recollection for Vocation Discernment

We are happy to announce that we will be hosting an "Afternoon of Recollection for Vocation Discerment" on Saturday, November 7, 2009, feast of All Saints of the Order of Preachers!

The Afternoon of Recollection will begin at 1PM with a reflection by one of the nuns on "Mary as the model for responding to God." Following will be a period of time for personal prayer and adoration in the Chapel, talking a walk, etc.

This will be followed by refreshments with open discussion on the talk, vocation, questions, etc. There will be time to meet with the Sisters in the novitiate.

The afternoon will close with Vespers and if our chaplain is home, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
