Starting Lent with the Dominicans

Every year the Holy Father starts Lent with the Dominicans...well, strictly speaking he starts it with the Benedictines for the procession starts at San Anselmo and then makes its way to the Dominican Basilica of Santa Sabina. Is that our Provincial, Fr. Brian Mulchahy, OP, we see in the clip?
