Feast of St. Thomas Brings Another Postulant!

Today we had the joy of welcoming Sr. Lauren Franko as a postulant!

Sr. Lauren comes to us from the "far away" town of Piscataway, NJ! With her entrance we now have 4 "bluebirds" (as Sr. Mary Anthony calls them) in the novitiate! Sr. Martha is especially happy to have Sr. Lauren as she won't be alone in postulant blues when Sr. Deepa and Sr. Giang receive the habit in March.

Thanks to the kindness of our good friends Joe and Jody Fitzpatrick we celebrated with a pizza party at supper.

Please pray for Sr. Lauren's, perseverance in her vocation. St. Thomas is certain to have a special care for this new sister of his!

If only Mom could see me now! Not 3 hours after entering Sr. Lauren is cheerfully at work drying dishes!
