Shortly before Easter a huge box arrived for Sr. Maureen from her friend, Fr. Matthew, OFM. Because of last year we knew it was his special gift of a milk chocolate Easter bunny. Sr. Maureen was smart and asked the novitiate sisters to do the honors of opening the box and unpacking it. From the photos you can see there was a bit of a surprise! Yes, Easter Bunny came with his head cut off. He was promptly nicknamed the "Mafia Bunny!"

All that bubble wrap was too good to waste, i.e. on the shipping department! Suddenly recreation sounded like the Fourth of July fireworks! Definitely too much chocolate and not enough sleep!
