Thank you, St. Nicholas!
For the past couple of weeks the sewing sisters noticed that the ironing station boiler needed frequent refilling. On Saturday, one sister nearly went flying into the cutting table as she slipped on a flood of water under the ironing board. We finally found that the boiler was leaking. This wonderful ironing station is a mere 38 years old. In nun time it should last at least 50 years!
We posted our need on our Amazon Wish List, hesitating to do so because the Ironing station is expensive. We left it up to the Lord and went about our monastic life.
Tonight we were so excited and surprised to find a big box delivered from Amazon. We opened it and found a box wrapped in a lovely purple bag. St. Nicholas came to help us with our need!
We are so grateful and the sewing sisters are truly excited to have this wonderful ironing system for their needs. May God bless and reward you! We promise our prayers every time we use the iron. It gets used nearly every day so know that steamy orations will be rising to heaven for you each day!
